If you are breastfeeding and only eating about 1400 calories, then you are probably not eating enough. As a previous poster said, it burns calories. I would log everything in MFP and I believe it has a breast feeding option, and you will probably see that you need to eat more calories.

I think both genders face their own issues when overweight, but in the end I'd say girls have it worse. Guys probably experience a lot of bullying/jokes about it from their peers/friends. You're not supposed to be planning your own bridal shower - your MOH or Mother of the Bride or Mother of the Groom should host it and organize it all. I like bridal showers and I am happy I had one. We got a lot of useful stuff and everyone enjoyed meeting each other before the wedding.

Yep, the baby wipes and deoderant are the best thing. Dry shampoo too if you want to keep your hair down - just dry your hair then use some dry shampoo spray to keep your hair looking clean!

I go to the gym after work and the only make up I wear is mascara, so yes, I have mascara on. If I am going on the weekend then no.
