Anyone know if there's anything you can do to combat flouride in water combatting a bad thyroid? I may be grasping at straws... but dieting and working my butt off in the gym for minimal results.... frustrated.

If you're Resting Metabolic Rate is well below normal (told it was from years of dieting and skipping meals), is there any way to fix it/increase it back to normal levels?

Try running shoes — they have a wider toe box Could be you are more of a toe lead walker vs heel-to-toe (kind of a roll)... so the front part of your foot is tensing up and getting tired, then numb. Try to focus on landing heel, rolling to toe... eventually you'll train your brain... or feet... ?? :)

Yes, had it tested and was told same thing by 2 nutritionists and one sports med doctor :( Thyroid checked... all good — I'm told my metabolism is so bad due to years of dieting and eating 2 meals/day. Still recommended to eat 1200 cal/day, just spread out more (every 4 hours or so).
