I'm up a little but given the circumstances of the past week I'm not too worried about it. I had to say goodbye to this sweet boy just before Christmas and it has really taken a toll on me. I'm having a hard time getting back out on my runs without him. He has always been my running buddy! I miss him so much!

It's a new year! I am so glad to be starting fresh. My family had to say goodbye to our dog just before Christmas. It's been a tough month for me. I'm ready to wipe it all clean and start over with love in my heart and a smile on my face!

Odds were stacked against me this week! With Thanksgiving, my monthly visitor, and catching a nasty cold I'm not surprised I gained weight. :#

I had Thanksgiving at my mom's house today. I didn't do too bad but I didn't want to have to measure portion sizes and whatnot so I didn't log my food. I did a bunch of arms and abs this morning.
