  • Tumi looked absolutely amazing!!! She looked fit and healthy. Rachael looked way too skinny and almost anorexic. Hopefully she just did that to ensure she won and now she will work on bulking it up a bit. 104lbs is really tiny. I wonder how tall she is.

  • Good Morning, Just wanted to post over here to let Cindy know that I am joining Team Carl. My name is Kasi and I am new to this challenge but have done many other challenges through my time here on MFP. Looking forward to something different. Thanks for the opportunity:flowerforyou:
  • Good Morning everyone. Kim mentioned this challenge and I thought I'd give it a shot. I don't really watch too much TV but I'm always up for a challenge. My name is Kasi, I have 4 kids and I love the outdoors. We spend a lot of time exploring our beautiful state. Oregon has so much to offer from Beaches to Mountains to…

  • Good Morning! How is everyone doing? I got a good workout in yesterday... 10 miles out of the way already! I still need to finish watching the last episode... I'm super impressed with how good everyone looks. The girls are right around my weight now! Goes to show how motivational this show can be for everyone on the weight…
  • The 26 miles is cumulative though out the week. Please only use your pedometers for purposeful exercise. Using it to log the steps you take while grocery shopping or walking to and from your car does not count. That wouldn't be fair for those who don't have pedometers.
  • Don't forget to weigh-in!!!
  • Sounds like everyone has had a pretty good week so far. I got totally side tracked this week but I will do my 5k tonight. I went to the Nike Employee Store yesterday and bought myself two new pair of shoes. My husband is totally jealous of one pair. He wanted them but they didn't have them in his size, only in kids and I…
  • Weight: 166 Walk/Jog/Run: 7 miles (x10)=15 Squats: 350 Push-Ups:10 Total: 430
  • Wow Tammie.... Great job on the miles!!! Don't forget to weigh-in today and get your totals either to a Captain (any of them on your team) or to me by 8pm. Great job this week!
  • Today is weigh-in. Please collect totals for Miles/Reps and send them to me asap. Remember Miles are multiplied by 10. The spreadsheet is open so you can just plug your numbers in if you want or you can send those to me also, either way is fine.
  • Yes, Please report totals here. Our Captains are 77Chantelle or Justformel so reporting to either of them is fine too. Weigh-in and Totals are due by 8pm tonight. Get those last reps and miles in before the show airs! I've had a super busy weekend. I worked everyday but also managed to fit in a trip to the zoo AND a trip…
  • Walk/Jog/Run: 1.5 miles (x10)=15 Squats: 350 Push-Ups:10 Total: 375 My work week starts today so I'm not sure how much I will get done over the weekend but I am planning on taking the kids to the zoo on Sunday and I know that always racks up the miles. I'm gonna have to work on the push-ups... I HATE push-ups:grumble:
  • Mmmm... I LOVE fish! Try to find a good fillet. If you don't care for fish right now, you probably don't want to go cheap. Get Halibut, Salmon, or Swordfish maybe. Ask the butcher or fish peddler or whatever you call that person that sells the fish to help you find the least "fishy" fish. Sounds funny but they will know…
  • I'm sorry to hear about your shoulder. How bad is it? Would you be able to do Wall Push-ups maybe or Chest Presses with a lighter weight? Squats are meant to work the legs/glutes so you could do Glute Bridges or Hip Thrusts if that's easier on your knees. Miles are worth 10 points per mile though so get out there and…
  • Yay!!! I'm so happy to see that almost everyone has checked in already! BMP just messaged me and is going to focus on school right now so she has dropped out. And Kyoung, I believe is in the middle of a move so we will give her a little time to get things organized and hopefully she will continue on with us. For those that…
  • So, I didn't think the point system through very well. I want Miles to count for more than the reps so please use this format when totaling your points. Sorry for the confusion. Walk/Jog/Run:?? (x10) = Squats:?? Push-Ups:?? Total:???
  • Renee, glad to here you are still with us! If you have your current weight please get it to me asap so that you will be on track with the rest of us. There is a spreadsheet titled New Teams (look at the tabs on the bottom). Here is the link to the spreadsheet and a list of the new teams. YELLOW/PURPLE Gtdattitude Pfil…
  • I posted threads for the new teams... Please check in there. Green team, you are good to go with your current thread since your team hasn't change. Also, Yellow team has checked in so I will get there number updated shortly.
  • I still need weigh-in's for Orange and Yellow teams. Super impressed btw, that the Green team still has 5 players!!!!
  • I just got up and I have to watch the episode on DVR So I should have a new challenge posted around 10am. I will start a new thread with WEEK 14
  • Did anyone weigh-in? I didn't get an e-mail to update the chart.
  • Okay, so I've been working on this all morning. I don't know how to format a spreadsheet to make it functional but I think I have left it open so that all of you can edit it. For the most part I'd like to keep it just me and Tambam working on it but if you need to add a team member or input weigh-in's please feel free.…
  • Is this who we have left? Just the 3 of us? I'm trying to get this thing going again but it looks like most teams only have 3 people left. I might have to combine teams to help boost support and motivation. How'd everyone do this week? I'm at 167.2 which is down a lot from last week but still up from the beginning of this…
  • Don't worry about the challenge for this week. I just wanted to get something up there so people wouldn't think this group was dead. It was posted late and I'm not the admin so I don't have access to the "right" buttons so I'm sorry for not posting correctly. I will contact all group leaders right now and make sure that…
