  • I'm on week 7 of Insanity and you definitely want to stop if you need to. I do all the time. I finish each workout but sometimes I have to stop for a minute. It's a great workout though! I do it 4-5 times a week and count my calories with one cheat day a week. I've lost almost 20 lbs on it so far! I don't have a lot more…
