I am on a custom plan. I am under a doctor's supervision so my calorie intake is very low, with high protein and low carb. I have been doing this since April 6.

Well you have some motivation or you wouldn't be on here. This site really helps keep me going. I log everything that I put in my mouth. After you see the useless calories you take in, you will get it. Don't start tomorrow, start today - right now!!!

I have been using this site since April 6th. I have recommended it to at least 6 people. I lost 9.2 lbs the 1st week and 2.6 lbs the 2nd.
