I find it hard to eat a lot during Ramadan. I do not like eating much in the morning and at the break I have to struggle to get 1000 calories for the day. I also exercise for at least an hour in the day. Found that keeping my body cool really helps to reach my goals. I cycle average 25km/h.

While sitting at home on your lazy chair you can do lung exercise. Go buy ballons. Try blowing some up everyday. I know it sounds funny but pulmonary experts recommend this as a way to improve.

You could try waking up an hour earlier before the dawn prayer. Exercise a half hour then eat and drink. Before the fast is about to break at night you could try light exercises a half hour before. Of course do not over do it because you only are able to drink at certain times. We here will fast for something like 16hours.…
