  • That has been happening to me as well. I bust my BEEEHIND and will slip on something small and my body gains. Its the craziest thing. Plus I am not even going over my calories. I am interested to see what people say.
  • I am doing low card by suggestion of a trainer. I'd love a support group. I have been grilling so much lately a new recipe would be awesome!
