Do you have the means to purchase a sun lamp? I have a 10,000 lux light therapy lamp and it makes a huge difference when I use it first thing in the morning. There are 2,500 lux lamps available for under $40, but the 10,000 lux are usually between $100 and $150, so it's not cheap, but it's definitely worth the investment…
