  • Aloha and Mahalo for allowing me to be a part or this challenge! I actually "bumped up my walk" today with about 5 minutes of jogging today! I surely know the benefits of jogging... could eat whatever I wanted (no junk food) and enjoyed the high of the endorphins kicking in...I now need to re-commit, to this challenge.…

  • No, Olistat sucks! Just stay on MFP, count your calories, do your exercise and mediation. This drug will ruin your liver and totally screw up your digestive system since it does not process ANY fat. We need fat in our system to process lots of nutrients. I tried a different form of this drug (high cholesterol), yet I have…
  • NO... do not take this drug... you can find help at the local health food store by taking: red yeast rice, CO-Q10 and the best is BIO-Astin! Hope you heed my advice, as I have had high cholesterol since going through menopause (20 years) but have now begun to see a steep decline in my cholesterol because of the supplements…
  • You look beautiful in all of your pictures! The difference is a more happy person in the last 2 pics. You do truthfully, look younger in the last 2 pics. I am much older than you so this really made me aware of how at (almost, but not quite) 60 years old, having the extra pounds can make me look "matronly" and so much…
  • I am 100% behind you! I would be happy to be one of your "Friends" . Support is big on this website and I can attest to results. With Warmest Aloha, Sue
  • I posted some pics of Maui on my personal pics... Aloha, Sue:glasses:

  • Measuring is important because sometimes you loose inches rather than pounds. Measure ankles, calves, thighs, hips, waist, chest, upper ams and neck. I only do this once a month. Aloha, Sue
  • Thanks, I am going to try this recipe, as I have fresh parsley and lemons from my garden. Aloha, Sue
