Start Weight : 176 Weight on 12/10/12 (on vacation for 2 weeks); 178 Current Weight: 175 Will be more diligent in the coming months since my new goal is to be 145 by April of 2013, for my son's wedding!

Nothing is showing on my reply but here we go CW= 174 Last week= 178 (vacation)... so I lost 4 pounds this week! SW= 174.5 GW= 166.5

I gained back the .5 loss and it is because I fell into old habits of nibbling after logging out. I am going to be more aware. Busy day and am going to DJ, so that also burns calories because it is all live and in the moment. Heading out for a 20 minute spin to get the body going. Already have a healthy Chicken Korma…

Great motivation! I am going to N. CA for T-day and will be shopping. I shop for all of the clothes that are on sale for Summer because we wear these clothes all year long in Maui! But, this is a great idea and I my have to parrot this!

Also, I am paying attention to my exact measurements for my food~ no more "eye balling it". I have the measuring cups, the teaspoons/tablespoons and the digital scale right in front of me... no excuses!

I am Maui Sue and Deb told me about this challenge because I am frustrated and have gained 7 pounds since 5/2012. I am looking forward to motivational support. I will weigh tomorrow, since I just found out about this. Success is eminent!

In my humble opinion... LIVER! No matter how you or your Mother (or Grandma's favorite recipe) cooked it... I DO NOT LIKE IT AND THE TEXTURE MAKES ME GAG!:sick:

I have found that when I eat more organic and non-GMO produce, I loose weight and break the "plateau issue". Or I have to drink more water (alkaline) and exercise more. Sure hope this helps... Been there done that and I know how frustrating this can be!
