I got my Zip last November for my birthday and I love it. It clips to your bra so you even forget that it's there. The best thing is that it keeps me on track. I saw this message about setting goals and thought it may work for me. Instead of setting weight goals, set exercise goals like I will work out for 30 4 times per week. Then you steadily increase your workout goals little by little until they become a habit. I'll let you know in a month if it works.

I agree with being loyal in your entry of foods eaten. If you are honest with your entries maybe you will stop and think before eating something bad. I'm new and decide to make this my strategy.
