My son had bought some oatmeal creme pies. I took one out of the package but successfully pushed it back in there. I'm not even big on those but I love junk food. Such a challenge!

I know we all get anxious to lose the weight but the key is to take it off slowly so it will stay off. The faster you lose...the faster you'll gain it back. This has to become a "lifestyle change" and not a diet. Do things you can live with forever. Good luck.

Only been here awhile myself. Still learning. Tracking your food intake really seems to help alot. Kind of like an honesty broker. LOL Good luck.
