right back at ya! we can do it!

sometimes I use cottage cheese instead of mayo, but it's kinda bland. might have to try the bbq sauce idea. I bet that's good with crackers.
-
yeah, what she said ^ and stay away from the appetizers.

it won't help you lose weight if you're eating too much.
-
how many calories do you typically consume on the program?
-
I'm 5'1'', don't like it, really wish I could get a few extra inches.
-
definitely my stomach and legs and then my chest.

are the readings at least pretty close? if I move my scale, put it down, and step on right away my weight is usually 6-8 pounds heavier but if I do it the right way my readings back to back are consistent. I'd suggest changing your batteries or getting a new scale if you've checked to make sure it's completely level.

why do they have to be hardboiled? I see this suggestion a lot and it really gets under my skin. eggs are eggs no matter which way you cook them. 50g of carbs a day can be really hard and unsustainable for some, like myself, but I'm doing really good with 100 and under and plenty of fat and protein.

If I had to give up diet soda I don't think I'd even bother trying to lose weight anymore. I don't like coffee and energy drinks are SO expensive. what else is there to live for at that point?
-
try lowering your carbs and upping your fats and keeping your protein high. fats are friends, don't be afraid to eat them. I had this problem for quite a while and figured out my appetite came back when my carbs stayed under 100.

DO NOT TRUST SERVING SIZES ON FOOD LABELS. you have no idea how much you're actually consuming. if there's just one extra serving of cheese in that bag (and there most likely is) that's an extra couple hundred calories a week that you're not accounting for. get a scale and weigh your foods accordingly. don't even trust…

I lost 40+ pounds in high school with the help of WW and just walking around my neighborhood every evening.

I cheat on the weekends but I try not to go crazy, log everything the best as I can and try to stay around TDEE calories.

does your pointer finger overlap with your thumb? major finger = pointer

your rate of loss definitely seems low considering your current weight. can I suggest upping your calories? according to MFP your BMR is 1757 if you're 30, if you're younger it will be higher, lower if you're older. that means you're consistently eating under your BMR and some people don't do well with that kind of plan.…

I've actually created a group if any of you would like to join: click here

Rome wasn't built in a day. aim for 2 pounds max weight loss per week. the faster you lose it the more likely you will be to gain it back.

Quaker has come out with them now, too. Not sure which kinds they all have but I bought the chocolate peanut butter ones. I found out the hard way that I don't like them. If you like Cliff bars you will probably like them, similar texture and taste.

terrific! I will add you and we can keep eachother motivated!
-
terrific! let's be friends?
-
I would tell myself that things are going to get really hard for quite a while and that I shouldn't use food for comfort.
-
very inspiring! you carry 130 very well, I would've guessed more like 115. I am 5'1'' with a goal weight of 132, here's to hoping!
-
add me! 35 down with 51 to go. especially looking for friends with lots to lose.
-
start out by eating at your BMR or your TDEE-20%. 1200 is way too low for someone so active.
-
don't worry about your sugar unless a doctor is concerned about your levels.

not quite, but I grew up in Ocala!
