you can totally do this!

I'm 5'1'' and lost 60 pounds a few years ago with a combination of Weight Watchers and MFP to finish the rest. I gained all of that back though so I'm back for round 10,000 but I am currently 35 down with another 60ish to go.

"But his BMR should be independent of exercise. It's the minimum to retain current form even if in a coma. With eating back exercise hell still end up at the same figure." exactly, it's the same either way. MFP expects you to eat back your exercise calories, that's why they're not calculated into your baseline calories.…

we're here to LOSE weight but some people will get LOOSE skin. you will likely not have to worry since you are young and taking plenty of time to lose the weight.
-
go to Google and search for BMI charts/calculators.
-
MFP doesn't take exercise into account. eat your exercise calories and that will put you at your BMR.
-
let's do it!
-
add me! 34 down with 62 to go. females free to message me if you want an accountability buddy.
-
oh boy, give me something that measures solid foods and I'd be all over that.
-
feel free to add me! I have a pretty sedentary lifestyle right now due to being out of work for the time being but I have a stationary bike I use at home for my workouts.
-
I feel like that tuna would be really dry on its own. I've never been a fan of the corn in salad thing, probably because I don't like cold corn or warm things in my salads.
-
I'm almost 24 and down 34 since Aug of last year but still have 62 to go. anyone can add me!
-
what was the method for measuring body fat percentage? how long did the program last? did you use any crash diets in order to lose the weight?
-
if it's getting your heart rate up in the process and keeping it there I would definitely use it.
-
Tampa, Florida area and it's in the high 50's here.
-
I had a membership back in high school and didn't have any issues with it. for $10 a month you can't really have high expectations.
-
you should start by sharing some information about yourself and what your goals are, especially if you're looking for friends to connect with.
-
yup! I feel very anxious if I don't know what I'm going to be eating and how much of it throughout the day. planning ahead just takes all the guess work out and makes everything so much easier.
-
definitely start off slow and don't make the new changes until you're comfortable with the current.
-
sending you a request OP. others feel free to add if you need more friends. I'm 5'1'' with another 66 or so to lose by the end of '15.
-
for me this depends on how much time I spent sleeping, doesn't matter how late I eat. I weigh every day so I can graph my results and watching the trends is interesting. for the majority of my mornings I will lose weight from the night before as long as I've gotten at least 7 hours of sleep. if I have only gotten 6 or less…
-
5'1'' with a goal of 120 but I'll be happy enough to just get back to 132, which is the highest weight for a healthy BMI at my height.

I've never been a huge fan of milk in general but I like using almond milk for when I want cereal and such. One of the greatest benefits I've found about it is that it has a much longer shelf life than cow's milk, as in you can open it, leave it in your fridge and it will still be fine a couple of months later. That's…
-
if you're eating back your exercise calories you probably don't need to change it unless you want to up overall calories and not eat exercise calories.
-
request sent!

I hope to lose another 6 pounds by Christmas and work on consuming more fruits and vegetables.
-
yeah! love this! I use weightgrapher.com to record my weight every morning and I love watching the fluctuations. this is mine over the course of the past month, but can't figure out how to display it directly into the post. http://i.imgur.com/zSIikh6.png

I've been obsessed with waffles lately so I've been making 1 frozen belgian waffle with either peanut butter or grits to go over top. if not that then I'll have cereal with almond milk.
-
since you have a scale to weigh your food just get into the habit of weighing everything possible now. I guarantee the serving size amounts will be wrong the majority of the time. I eat almonds and cashews a lot. 28g never equals 28 nuts. I get those packaged apple slices from Burger King and even those are wrong every…
