• Yeah, the McDoubles are not only cheap but youll get 2 patties in 1 so if you got 2 that would be 4 patties for next to nothing! McDonalds also has their Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits under their dollar menu. IDK if Burger King is still offering but for awhile you could get a 10 piece chicken nuggets for $1.50.
• That's me too  That's why I thought if I posted it maybe someone could offer the rest of us a sample
• 4'2 here...I know how that goes
• This is me too  My shorts/pants are loose but not to the point of falling off. My shirts are barely hanging on my shoulders but I haven't been able to give those up either because my "spare" tire is still there
• Woweee!! Youre looking super duper but so serious in your updated pic!
• My husband brought more things to keep him entertained & comfy (youd thought we were moving in just for it being overnight) during my WLS than I did  I packed a pair of comfy PJ's (robe & slippers if you wish) and my husband always carries chapstick w/ him! I did Not experience any shoulder or gas pain like others…

• I really wanted to try spaghetti squash but my husband wasn't all too thrilled so we compromised. We traded out the pasta for the squash (illusion of "noodles") and kept his manly spaghetti...it was good! Although he wouldn't eat it as a side noodle as some of suggested (butter, salt, pepper), he would eat it this way…
• 4'2....need to lose about 48 lbs
• Look up Chair Exercises and if theres something the instructor is doing that youre not able to, just modify it or change it up!
• Although I am coming in late on this topic, I would not ask for things on the side that I plan on not using, how wasteful! I remember 1 time (late evening) going to a restaurant where they ran out of their fresh parmesan. Not long before that Id noticed when a table was finished w/ their meal theyd left food w/ parmesan…
• OP, your questions should really be aimed at your surgeon if you didn't get this information during your pre-op appointments! Its important that you seek info from your medical staff.
• Where do you live? Maybe food banks or charity places or even local produce stands...see if you can trade out volunteered time for their products!
• Great info, Thanks!!
• From the weight that Ive lost, its come off of my top (face, neck, shoulders), totally skipped my mid section and went to my fingers, wrist and feet. Shirts are a catch 22 for me, my shoulders are not nearly as broad but my mid section is still very much there so I cant give them up and I cant really get new 1's. My turtle…
• I had the sleeve done and no NSAIDS were for a short period leading up to and following surgery. Being 5 1/2 months out, to my surgeon, not an issue (or at least anything to fret over).
• I was hungry sooner than I expected/hoped...go figure  I had to feed the hunger beast within :grinning:
• My surgeon has been well aware of my issues w/ swallowing pills so he said gummy was fine. I was needing a bigger dose of vitamin b so he prescribed me a jell like pill that I only had to endure 1 time per week vs taking something every day. When my prescription ran out he said to resume the gummies which are every day but…

• M, you have a very busy life...always the 1 keeping everything going, including doing a 2 day school event w/ your granddaughter! Can you enlist more help from those around you...even your granddaughter is old enough to be asked to pitch in. You've had so much going on that I think its your body trying to warn you to slow…
• Exactly! Don't need to...people are accepting of info regardless
• Seriously? I don't think very many people "want" to eat 1200 or feel its "easy" (although do-able) to eat at 1200. Im 4'2 and 41 yrs old and I enjoy eating so for me its not "easy" but necessary. We didn't get at our weight by not enjoying ALL kinds/types of foods, that's why most of us are here to fix this issue! Being…
• Kind of disappointed...was anticipating a recipe or something (going by the title)!
• Yes you can and it starts w/ a good attitude! Look up chair exercises and modify them to your ability but keep going during the duration of the exercise theyre doing. Get a stationary bike or 1 that you sit on a chair or couch and propel w/ your feet (you can find a mini-cycle at Walmart for about $50) If you have access…
• No wonder I didn't care for them the 1st time I ate scrambled eggs at IHop  Now I know why Id always ask for fried or over easy...its easier to tell what youre getting that way
• An Annulment is different from a divorce. Seeing how you haven't been married for too long, you might qualify going 1 route vs another, IF this is something that has crossed your mind. Its sad that you've been "together" for 4 yrs and yet only married for 5 months with this now going on...maybe couples counseling, that way…
• Are you talking about a personal problem  Is this something you can relate to...cause I sure cant  I know being on *this* end of the spectrum I sure would be feeling...Everything!
• Look up chair exercises...works out your muscles and the intensity is what you want to make it! What about walking in place at home? 14 Ways to Keep Cool in Your Home...the last 1 is what I was thinking but instead of a frozen water bottle, put a bowl of ice water in front of your fan!…
• I also tried the PB, was super excited too...what a let down :anguished: The smell was a little "different" which should've been an indication but since it cost me so much more than my favorite Jif, I took a spoonful of absolute grossness, it was awful! I felt so horrible for throwing it away, I waited till my husband was…
•
honestly I dont know. no worries and no need to feel bad they dont. they have made bets with people like who can eat the hottest chili pepper, things like that and of course they win because they dont feel the hotness either.like they said there are some perks to not being able to smell or taste
Ok, I get…
• Op...can you just type in the info to the food diary...like Store + the name of the product? Then find the nutrition entry that fits the info off your package.
