if You do a search using key words, you can find some great info. fish, cheese, yogurt, (soy) milk, tofu, beans, eggs, nuts/seeds etc

I Love the chips...not so much because theyre so wonderful (IMO theyre not) but theyre great for that "crunch" factor and great for protein...and theyre portable :smile: I would not worry about getting addicted to these, Im just "addicted" to the protein value!

You can speed up the process of apples getting ripe by putting them in a paper bag (folding the bag down a couple times) and leaving it on the counter!

Look up chair exercises. Also, swimming wouldn't put stress on her. Like Thorsmom mentioned, some weights....whatever she can handle! ETA: really, the weight loss is more about what shes eating, she can do that by cico :smile:

LOL LovelyIvy...my husband & I do the same but in reverse! We like to add things to make our baked potatoes seem more like a meal and not just as a "side" and pouring the chili all over it makes the potato less dry!
