OP, heres a thread that was started in regard to your question, hope it helps! http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10055188/should-i-up-my-calories I know this can be frustrating not knowing what to aim for, I was also asking around months ago when I was starting to eat more. My nutritionist was not the least…

What about a kidney stone? My husband had 1 although his pain was more in the lower vs yours being in the higher

Great idea...and this will be handy when youre too tired to cook or want something nice and hot from being out in the frigid weather!

For milk I drink the almond and recently tried the new cashew 1. This SO Delicious coupon is something from the ice cream isle in the stores! Ive seen it through the glass doors but never had a close look at any of the products. I was just curious if anyone else had tried this brand...ice cream or yogurt or whatever it is!

Well as far as "milk" products go, Ive been drinking almond milk (recently tried the new cashew milk) but this SO Delicious is something new to me. Ive seen the products in the ice cream freezer at the store but I never had the inclination to buy 1. I thought if enough people raved about this that it may be worth trying…

Stores around here stopped doubling a few yrs ago. Now its just the standard value of the coupon and some don't take the printed coupons because of people who have tried to mass produce them.

Its funny to run across this thread because I have not been able to find the original flavor since the 1st 1 I bought back in Sept. Ive looked in 2 separate grocery stores. I have not been to Walmart to check in theirs. I don't care for swiss or any of the 1's that are flavored as anything, I just like the original. I…

I will be 3 months out on Fri and Ive also had cashews  and like Liz, it stayed down fine  Ive only had lettuce once and it filled me up so much that I didn't have enough room for much of anything else. I think Im going to wait a bit longer before attempting that again because it didn't fill me up to…

Look up chair exercises, you don't have to do everything exactly the way the instructor is demonstrating, you can incorporate your own version of it! Something is always better than nothing  Watching your intake can do wonders for weight loss, which doesn't require too much effort!

Good for you! Keep it up

We were told at the seminar that it was "chalky" but when I had my surgery (mid Oct), it was actually very fowl smelling and the taste is hard to explain but it was extremely awful. I would say almost greasy and slimy...just disgusting :confounded: My test was done the next day which I was not looking forward to all. Plug…

I believe what OP was asking is the window of opportunity for losing the most weight. We will continue to over the whole process, but the "honeymoon" period is what I believe she's referring to!

Thank you for posting these links...I was just msging someone today about missing out on pancakes!
-
I gotcha OP! I was thinking you were saying you had 100....like 55 after your 45 and I was like :astonished:
-
Ive heard you lose the most in (about) your 1st 6 (to 9 months if youre lucky). Then you wont lose nearly as fast.
-
You have 45 lbs to lose to be at goal weight but youre looking to lose 100 :anguished: That sounds like a lot.....why so much? You don't specify your stats but don't make yourself be at too small of a weight, its not healthy!

Its funny you say that about coconut oil. I recently bought some and didn't really know how to use it, only that its suppose to be good for you. Then today while on the net I saw something that talked about using it as a moisturizer, hmmm...I can use it to cook with And use it on my skin! What a concept  Thanks for…

Rest up and enjoy that time off

I liked the Pure Protein Whey Powder-chocolate flavor and this in vanilla although the 2nd 1 was more mild in flavor (mix it w/ almond milk and it adds flavor!). A couple weeks post-op, bananas were my 1st fruit option...later I was able to have soft canned peaches, so that's why I went w/ the banana for a little extra…
