  • I'm 5'1, 121 and want to go back to 110. I always was 110 until 2 years ago I got some bad news. The bad stuff went away, the weight stayed. I'm starting meal prepping again so I won't be lazy and eat junk food. I also started with You Are Your Own Gym yesterday.
