Started my second round of JMBR this week - completed my first cycle earlier this year. It definatly works! And then spring and summer came and went - along with my commitment :(. But I am back on track and looking forward to getting back in shape with Jillian!

OMG! Just finished my first Cardio 3 -- that totally wiped me out! Whew! But I did burn the most calories ever on JMBR, so it was worth it. :)

Started Phase 3 this week - definitely tough! Did workout 9 twice so far, and did workout 10 yesterday (ouch!). I didn't think i could sweat as much as i have been this week! Whew!

I just did workout 7 today -- and it was tough! Glad to hear that workout 8 is a little easier -- whew!

oh my goodness -- i just finished my first Workout 4. Definately have to work on my balance - I am pretty wobbly with standing-on-one-leg-while-doing-deadlifts. And then the knee-down-stand-up routine is tough! i'll keep at it - I bet next week will be much better! :)

Today is W2D3 (Cardio) -- I can really tell how much I've improved in my cardio workout from Week 1 - yay! Running man is still tough, but I only stopped once today for a few secs to catch my breath. Feeling good!

Just completed my Week 1/Day 4 workout. Tomorrow's cardio -- and then a rest day! I'll probably go for a long walk at the nearby nature preserve, though, just to keep my body moving and burning calories.

Just finished my first Cardio 1 workout -- yikes! Running man + suicides are brutal -- had to stop a few times while doing these. Hopefully this will get easier as I get fitter???

Just finished my first JMBR workout - that was intense! Feeling good, though. Amazing what can be accomplished in 30 min. Think I'm going to like this :)

Count me in too! I'm starting today, 9/17. Will be doing the workouts in the afternoon, though, since my work day starts at 6am!. I'll send Jaz and Kara a friend request. I'm a bit nervous to start it, but excited at the same time. Looking forward to the JMBR journey :)
