I achieved one of my goals, I completed JMBR. I did pretty well with eating healthy, I at least cutout all the unhealthy snacking I used to do. Can't entirely run a 5k yet, but am working on it! The ab challenge got me after week two.

Started week two of C25K today. Cindy, running at sunset sounds wonderful! I run on a treadmill and stare at the wall. I live on a farm and would love to run outside, but there are two many "critters" and people drive crazy and fast in the country. Much safer on the treadmill! Enjoy your long run Lisa!
