I think you guys are missing my point... I want to be more consistent. I want to have multiple weeks of a clean diet instead of one week then crap every other day. i want to stay consistent with a cheat meal once a week rather than three or four times a week. I was just asking for tips not for rudeness...

I HAVE been consistently working my *kitten* off. When I say a few days I mean a week of clean eating and I notice my obliques come through just a tiny bit so little that not even my boyfriend wouldn't even notice just me and then I'm proud. And then I eat crap and it goes away. I don't appreciate your tone.

First of all I doubt you need lipo. I think that should be reserved for extreme cases. But this is one of my problem areas too and honestly I notice the most progress when I eat better food. No white bread, potatoes, sugary cereals... only complex carbs, sweet potato, whole grains and wheats in moderation or granola in…

I think this is cool thought because it actually helps you cut back on the addiction of smoking all together rather than transferring the addiction to another product... No?
