V8 low sodium, 30cal per 5.5 oz can (80mg sodium) ... 570mg of potassium (i buy it in 48 can sets from costco)... I drink 3-4 a day to offset any sort of potassium deficiency from my diet. Just started to try it about 2 weeks ago and its been working great and at least in my mind I do feel better.
