People ride side by side on the bike trails blocking the entire path, especially couples. It's very annoying to have to slow down for a bunch of jerks.

I only cant keep the food down when I take metformin, that stuff kills my appetite.

When I started losing (5'10, 202 lbs) I was losing 3 lbs a week for the first 10lbs, then my progress dropped to 2lbs. I've lost 20lbs so far, but I'm losing less than 2lbs a week for sure. I tried getting a deficit of 2000 calories a day on average. You'll just end up feeling like crap like I did.

Maybe too much fiber. Try probiotics, make sure to get the kind with different strains.

I'm using a HR monitor to log my calories. Should I still eat 75% less assuming I'm wanting to be at maintenance?

Think about getting a heart rate monitor. It's a investment that's totally worth it and they come as cool little wristlets or watches :)

I was diagnosed with diabetes at 27 years old, and I used MFP to lose some weight, and my blood sugar is a lot better off than before. Don't excuse and enable yourself, you're better than that.

If I got to my target weight, yeah I'd splurge a little. Then I'd set new goals and work hard at getting there.

Give yourself a break. You earned all that weight loss. There isn't anything wrong with working the weight off quickly.
