  • My nsv has been a week in the making. I'm using my bf's jeans to work in (34" waist). They have been tight last week but this week they have been comfy and it doesnt feel like I'm trying to kill myself. To add to this I'm a very hourglassy figure which means my thighs and bum are huge (thunderthighs) and fitting in to his…
  • Do you have a food scale? And just my personal opinion, but when I have cut things out in the past I just end up binging on them eventually. Unless there is a medical reason, I would just eat everything, in moderation :)
  • Some things I noticed in your diary.. 0.5 small potato 1g of pb (2 tbls) - 7 cal! I think you may be eating more than you think. I would get a scale and weigh absolutely everything. And if you eat out, make a guestimate, always pick the higher number though, just to be sure :) It is crazy how much a few grams of certain…
  • Just (2 weeks ago) started Swtor. Am looving being a sith tbh, I enjoy killing randoms. At a stupid point where my companion sucks and the enemies are stupidly OPd and the respawn is horrible.
  • I had the same thing. I gained 20kgs!! Lots of that was an over-eating of crisps, but I had done the same before having it in and I had stayed the same weight for 8 years.. I have just this week gotten back to by pre-Merina weight. I found the first 10 or so kgs came off really easily. But the rest was a bit of a struggle.…
  • Haven't been doing much at all lately apart from watching my cals. and after a few weeks of no kgs lost, I got on the scale this morning and -0.7kgs! My weight is officially the lowest it has been since I was 15. I know my body is now in its happy place so I know I'll have to push harder to get more weight off.
  • Got into my size UK 12 jeggings, which are really tight around the thighs (me having thunderthighs doesn't help). But I got in them and I didn't feel like a stuffed sausage!
  • Yeah it confused me alot. They should really make things clear. Think I might follow this! Thank you :D
  • So if I pop 50g of http://www.tesco.com/groceries/product/details/?id=267275887 (Typical values 100g as consumed - 375cal) Does that mean that the popping kernels have 375cal per 100g or that the popped popcorn without anything added to them have 375cal? I usually just air-pop them with spray oil, which is like 2 cal per…
  • Goal for today: - Stay under 1450 cal - 100 squats - 100 situps - 1 min plank And as always, drink a boatload of water!
  • I'll probably be the first of many.. but you need to see a doctor. Also if you want the weight to stay off it is immensely better to take it easy. Look at it this way, start now and you will be smaller and healthier and happier than what you are now, in two months. Also I strongly doubt exercising 5-6 hours a day is good…
  • I'm 5'6".7 so almost 5'7". SW: 213lbs SW at MFP: 185lbs CW: 168 I think my goal weight is around 140lbs. I will reassess as I go down, but I've always carried my weight awesomly and have not been under 168lbs since I was 15, and I still looked skinny up until I gained the weight and looked.. chubby I guess. Don't think I…
  • I did the squat challenge a few months back. I lost a couple of centimetres on each thigh, can't say the last day of 250 (?) squats was a fun one though
  • My favourite very low cal snack are raisins. I just cannot get enough of them! Sure they may be a bit sugary, but I don't count sugar so I couldn't care less. That and carrot sticks/fruit bags. When I'm working I usually have a little box of raisins/carrot sticks/fruit bag in the mid morning and mid afternoon keeps me sane…
  • That would put me at 32.5".. I'm at 31 so I guess I should just keep at it and live until I'm 100! Woop! Always wanted to live until 2089
  • Like people have said, you need to be at a deficit to lose weight. The few days I checked in your diary were all over your goal. If you go over your goal that substantially a few times a week you just won't lose weight, that's it I'm afraid.. You can eat whatever you want, if you want to live off mcnuggets and cookies go…
  • Cookies.. If I eat one cookie I will eat the whole pack, easier to just not buy them :)
  • Like others have said, a break from the running might be a good opportunity to try out other forms of exercise! Like swimming, that shouldn't put any pressure on your foot and it is still a fairly heavy cardio exercise. As for the eating, try and switch out the things you're binging on. It may sound a bit odd, but it is…
  • Aww, makes me miss the good old days in WoW.. Orcisa was her name, Orc warrior, created in early 2006 and is still out there somewhere, probably Org if I'm not mistaken.. I had the guitar axe.. then my account was hacked by an ex and he deleted it. One day I will find him and kill him! After that there were alooot.. My…
  • Try and eat foods that contain alot of calories for a small amount of food. When I know I have 500 odd cals to spare for the day I have an ice cream! Or a few chunks of chocolate. Peanut butter seems to be something people recommend. Just make sure you weigh these out real good though.. It can quickly end up being hundred…
  • Welcome and good on you for starting your journey! I'm a walker aswell, I refuse to run. I see the same articles "Start walking, lose 20 lbs in a month" and crap like that. To me walking is a way to work every part of my body (I swing my arms like a crazy person when walking :D ). Your legs burn because they are getting a…
  • I'd say 2 litres of the stuff is quite alot, but the way I see it is that there are close to no calories in it = good to go! I drink about 0-3 cans a day of coke zero (330 ml) and I'm still losing. Whether it is good for you or not I have no idea, and it seems noone can agree on one opinion. I'd say, cut down a little bit…
  • Ice cream can turn in to frozen yougurt! Less cals, which means it is more likely to fit in to your target :D Apart from that, I just try and get more exercise (an extra 30 min walk gives more cals) so that I can have that bar of chocolate and still be under my target :D
  • Hey, I'm about the same height and weight as you, ish but I'm 24. Feel free to add me, I'm on constantly :P
  • Heyas :) I'm 24 and looking to lose like 17 more kgs :) I'm always up for motivating friends, anyone can add me :)
  • Hi! Great loss :D I'm from Sweden but living in the UK, so I can be British! I've added you and anyone that want to can add me :D Have a good day!
  • Hi and good luck on your journey! I'm feeling amazing today, apart from the fact that it is freezing outside obviously, how about you?
  • I have what we call thunder thighs in my family. Seems like the first born gets them because my younger siblings are fine.. I'm 5'8" and my butt is 105 cm ~ 40ish inches I think and thighs are 63 cm ~ 25ish inches. And I weigh 80kgs :) I'm hoping that once the weight goes down my measurements will go down a bit atleast.. :P
  • Well, I'm Swedish and on our smorgasbord we have ALOT of fish, different kinds and some more healthy than others. I'd stick to fish and have a couple of potatoes and veggies (there should be tons of it). Not sure what a Swedish smorgasbord looks like in the US (?) but if it is traditional, fish should be a big part of it…
