It is impossible to replace muscle with fat, but very possible to loose muscle and gain fat. The thing about people who are in some kind of shape is if you stop working out and eating right you will loose some muscle tone which will slow your metabolism, this can happen quickly to a person who is in shape. Still struggling with it I have gained and lost more pounds than I care to remember I went from 275 to 190 my goal was 180 I fell off the wagon and put it all back talk about depressing actually I have repeated that trip twice and I am on my way to get back down again but god willing I hope not to fall again. I personally like it plain.... But my wife mixes applesauce or pineapple with her's you can also try Blueberries, strawberries or what ever is your favorite. Jim
