Hang in there!! Weightloss can be a lot slower than the gain. If 1200 isn't working up your calories. Play around with your burn and your calories till you find something that works for your body.

Just keep in mind that food IS your friend. Food is fuel and our bodies need it. It's just about making better choices about the calories we put into our mouths.

I have never counted cleaning as a calorie burn. I've worn my heart rate monitor while cleaning and my heart just does not get up into zone for long enough periods of time to get a good burn in. I think that calorie burn while doing chores can be deceiving.

As long as your drinks are giving your body nutrition. I drink my lunch everyday with Shakeology. But with it I get my daily vitamins and nutrients.

I've done all the chest exercises and guess what? I have great muscles now but I still have flat saggy boobs. haha I went from a DD to an A. Kinda depression but oh well, I'm happier without the fat. Now I'm saving money to get my mommy makeover. :)

Stomach fat really has to do with 1. the food you are eating and 2. cardio. You have to really watch the sugar and fat intake in your diet to see a change in belly fat. In the last picture I'm at 147! Every 5 pounds down from 160 I really started noticing body changes and clothes fitting looser. I'm about 5"8". Are you including weight training in your workouts? I started doing a lot more weight training around the 160 mark too but still keep up with cardio.

I kept it slow and steady most of the time. 2 pounds a week was pretty normal for me. Sometimes 1 pound one week and then 3 pounds the next. I've changed my view on food 100%. I eat more clean and I count every calorie that I eat. I love high intense cardio and weight training. Having a support network that cheers me on has helped HUGE.
