Hi all thanks for the replies, well ive managed to do 2 work outs, im really not motivated though... Managed it before work 6am, seems to go down better than after when im shattered lol You are right though, about it being a priority. I need to change my way of thinking and i do now realise i waste alot of time...

Yeah im doing little strength exercises also, i'll do this around 3x a week, i have actually got some weight gain shakes here but havent touched it for a while i might try and add that to my diet although that might be difficult considering how much im already eating...

Oh good, im still new to all this, just been having a read, my goal is 2010 but on average im taking in 2500 roughly so im happy with that , got to gain something!
