I think part of the reason I'm so frustrated is because I was able to lose weight about 2 years ago doing less exercise.

Thanks everyone! Yes I've been using the homemade recipes that are already there. I tried creating my own several weeks ago but got confused. Gave up, and used one that was already listed. Just ordered a food scale, hopefully this will all help. :)

I'm in a similar boat. I start off eating well and exercising. Then about a month in, I start to slack off; I take an extra day off and that extra day turns into two and it just snowballs from there. But now I'm tired of the way I look and I need some help getting restarted and staying motivated. Maybe we can somehow help…
