I'm currently using Giros w/carbon sole...nice and stiff and the insole adjust in the amount of arch support.

I use the HR strap that goes with my Blackburn bike computer. It occasionally picks up stray signals from the environment I ride in. It also picks up my husbands HR signal when we ride close together. I'm upgrading to a bluetooth strap to use with my phone. I use electrode gel and it works very well.

I'm in. Live in EST. I'm trying to just have a cup or 2 of tea (no caffiene, no milk, and a little truvia). Tonight supper will be a little late (8PM), but sometimes it's just not possible to eat any earlier.

Count me in as well. I'm also 5'9 and down to 215. I had gotten down to 190 but hit a bad patch late last year and gained 40 lbs. I'm 54 and find strength training harder than it used to be. Mostly I ride my bikes.

I'm an old roadie coming back from several years of heath issues. I have 40 lbs to shed but am thrilled to be back on the bike. Rode easy this AM. My bike has been around awhile (downtube shifters) but still goes fast! Add me.
