I had that problem for a little bit too. I found that if I focused on eating more protien my carbs went down. I started substituting tuna and chicken into my meals and cheese and nuts for snacks. Everything seems to balance out that way. Good luck. :drinker:

Yes, you are supposed to but I find it hard to pack on an extra 300-700 calories a day when I am already full. When I do eat them i usually feel disgusting, and I tend to take off a little more weight when I don't. I'd love to see how others respond to this because I really feel like they are adding too much.

For those of you who hadn't heard, today is Dunkin donuts annual free Iced Coffe Day!!! They are giving a way a free small iced coffee, which made with skim milk and splenda, packs a whopping 25 calories!!! Enjoy :drinker:

These sound fantastic :smile: Especially since one of the "bad" foods i crave most is ice cream sandwiches! Another great grahm cracker snack is if you spread them with lowfat peanut butter and slice up a small banana on top...low cal...high protein...very filling and tastes great!!
