Hey, I am fairly new here on MFP but have found it to be a great help. I grew up as a military brat and so know the feeling of moving a lot. Even though I was a kid when my dad was in the military it was still hard being the new kid. I am sure that is how it is even as an adult. Good luck with you goals!!

You could try doing intervals.

I am not trying to gain weight but I am trying to lose weight as well as build muscle. I work out with heavy weights(heavy for me that is) so that I can replace the fat with muscle.
