gum gum gum! chewing gum always helps me. i have this green tea gum thats supposed to help and it taste like mint, so if you dont like tea, no worry!

you can get it at dollar stores! and it tastes like mint. :) only downside is its like juicy fruit and only lasts about 15-20 minutes each peice

yea i tried celery..uh..i like carrots haha XD and for something to chew i found this green tea gum. one piece has the benefits of one cup of green tea :)
