Scale is still showing 179...I am increasing exercise from 4 to 5 days as well as increasing from 45 minutes to 1 hour cardio. I think next week will be definitely better. :) I am looking forward to reach 2 pounds per week. Even though scale is not showing results I want, I feel very good!!!
