Like you, my thighs are the last place I lose fat. I've decided not to dwell on it, and I am focused on weight training all over, and trying to keep my diet on track. The thighs are coming around, but I am also noticing strength and definition differences in my shoulders, arms and abs, which I am celebrating while I wait…

I have been using MFP for a couple of years - at first for weight loss, but over the last year I've been focused more on building muscle. Would love to befriend other lady lifters, since most of my buddies on here have fallen off the MFP wagon :)
