@ VioletRojo - Thank you for your response. I've heard that it can take a bit for the doctors to find the optimal dose of medication for you. At this point, I'm getting excited for the meds as this fatigue is kicking my butt and I'm only one thyroid down so far. I'd hate to see what it feels like after the other's gone. @…

Thanks for the response. I might increase my calorie burn by 200, without increasing my consumption. Maybe the machine is registering more calories burned than it actually is.

Thanks for the response. That's my exact thoughts about food elimination. If you cut things out, you'll simply gain the weight right back when you add it in again. I think it's all about moderation and I want to learn an eating habit that I can maintain.

Thank you for the response. I think I'll give this a try. I know I'm being unrealistic expecting results right away after 10 days. The current method leaves me satisified, but not feeling like I've overeaten or binged.

I'm going to eat as much as I want! I'll do my exercise before we leave, and log things, but I'm sure I'm going to be over.

My fiancee and I just missed getting a Venemoth a few minutes ago. We went for a walk when the servers finally came up and stumbled into a Venemoth right in front of our house! We both tried to get it but the game froze for us. Server lag is insane tonight.

I got super psyched when I found a jiggly puff last night. I'm in a pretty rural area so there's no pokestops by the house or gyms, but walking around the suburb for an hour will usually turn me up at least three or four pokemon. Trying to collect more fairy types! Hoping I get a clefairy from the egg I'm incubating.

I work in a bakery/deli and so it's an easy place to build the habit of mindless snacking, which I'm trying so very hard to break. It's not easy when they keep offering you bites of cream cheese balls, tres leche cakes, fried potato wedges... It's practically torture watching them eat it and making myself decline because I…

I love to read, play video games, Magic the Gathering, D&D 3.5, White Wolf: Vampire the Masquerade, etc. =) Classic nerd maybe? I absolutely love my ps3 and books. Skyrim is my favorite game and lately I've been getting my butt kicked playing Dark Souls II. Stick of Truth was also an amazing game.

I had a pit mix and god her gas was absolutely horrible. She was the sweetest puppy in the world and I absolutely loved her. Unfortunately she somehow got out of the gate and ran into the nearby highway... Well, you can guess what happened. She was an amazing dog that we had from a puppy. When we first found her she had…

Thanks! =) It's kind of hard to do the morning workouts but I don't allow myself to think about it, today was hard but I did it. Day 5 streak! I just immediately do the work out as soon as I hop out of the wake-up shower. I'm so afraid of how many excuses I'd make in the afternoon, so I'd rather not risk it! If I was going…

I love video games, but I'm horrible at them so I'd never be able to focus and work out at the same time! =) Also, you're wife has a really good eye. The picture of the ouroboros and the Onna Kanji is actually my tattoo that I have on my right leg just above my ankle. =) I got it in tribute of my mother who was born in the…

Yah, I used to be really bad about mindless eating myself! So, I slowly started replacing all my sweets in the house with sweet fruits instead like apples that I can cut into slices for a quick snack, or frozen fruit. Frozen raspberries is practically candy to me now and I can have a huge amount of frozen raspberries for…

Welcome! I'm a ps3 gamer over here, though I would LOVE to play Elder Scrolls Online but I don't have that sort of firepower here behind this little old laptop. Ugh.. need a ps4! D=

Haha, it's not been easy to do the morning workout since I'm not a morning person! Thanks very much for the luck and support! =) Also, I see you've lost 16 lbs so congrats to you too! That's amazing!

Why don't you give Daily Burn True Beginner a try? There's a 30 day free trial, and after that it's only $10/mo. I haven't exercised in years, seriously in years, and the workouts are challenging but they are doable!
