I don't have one of those here, but something similiar. Do it. I got fitted for new shoes and it was the best thing I could have done. A bit pricy, but if it helps you walk/run better, it's worth it!!

I want to be down to 150 lbs by the end of Feb. 12 lbs seems like a lot, but I'm ready for the challenge!! I am also doing a squat/ab challenge this month...3 different exercises every day. Good luck everyone!! And feel free to add me, there is nothing wrong with extra motivation!!

I've had mine since Christmas without any irritation. The onl problem I had was that the nband wouldn't stay on, but I soaked it in hot water to expand the holes a bit, and it hasn't fallen off since! Such a great motivational tool and I love how it syncs with MFP!!

Since the spaghetti squash can be a bit tough to cut, I toss it in the microwave for 3-4 minutes so the skin can get a little soft. I then cut the ends off, and cut it length wise.
