What is the best way to determine my BMI? I have an Aria scale where it tells me, but I don't know how accurate it is. I have lost almost 10 lbs (from 173.5 to 164) and about 3 inches from my waist since Jan 2. Aria says my BMI is 40.4%.. If that's correct, I still have a lot of work to do.
