I infuse my water with apple slices and cinnamon sticks. It gives just enough flavor/sweetness and adds nothing but value to the water. And it's super tasty. One apple and a couple cinnamon sticks can be used for 2-3 gallon pitchers of refills.

I read somewhere that if you subtract your age from 220, that will give your max heart rate while exercising. Not sure if that's 100% accurate, but at 45 y/o, 175 would be my max. I tend to go with lowfat greek yogurt and whatever frozen fruit I happen to have in the freezer. Great tip: If you freeze your bananas (peel off), you can toss it in the blender in place of ice for a great texture.
