For me I just had to go cold turkey, I was so addicted. Loved sugared sodas and when I went diet they just seemed to make me hungrier. I don't have much counter space…Toaster, Coffee Maker, VitaMix Blender, and Microwave. Mine is a no frills kitchen, Oh, in the cabinet I have a hand blender. I like to keep it simple. :smile:

At first I did eat my calories from working out while I got use to a lower caloric intake (lower than what I was used to) and not feel bad.
