  • 5'4" 51yo July SW: 130 July GW: 125 2020 GW: 118 Hi all - I’m Rebecca, I’m new here this month and happy/excited for some accountability. I’ve really enjoyed the posts here so far. I live in San Diego, where we've been pretty much locked down since mid-March. I’ve always been work-from-home but also traveled alot, so I’m…
  • i shoot for 10k a day - no reason, really, except that seems to be what someone somewhere decided was a good amount! I use my phone or a wrist tracker... i feel better when I routinely get 10k a day (works out to a little over 5 miles I think) which is motivational. I have little tricks - i try to be halfway there by noon…
  • I’m 52, and it’s bands and dumbbells at home for me, though mostly physical therapy exercises for the next few months :#

I really like the Fitnessista videos (she has barre, yoga, pilates, full body, etc), Yoga with Adrienne is the best best best best yoga series (she has a few 30 day programs that are…

  • Never mind - the esselstyns are another WFPB family who publishes videos, recipes, books etc, I think the dad might have been in the FOK documentary. Rip esselstyn is their son.
  • Now that I think about it, def read engine 2! It’s designed more for people who aren’t into cooking. Rebecca
  • I haven’t seen it - I’d like to. Vegetarian is easy for me but WFPB seems hard. Pizza! I pick up the FOK magazines when’s they’re in the grocery store and I love the pictures. Is Rip in the movie ? He’s their son - and I like his engine 2 cookbooks. And he’s super into exercise and extremely handsome lol. I have a friend…
