It took me a few times to quit. I always went back. I smoked about a pack a day at my worst. One day, I woke up and quit. It was time and I was ready. I have never felt better. It has been 6 years. You can do this! Smoking solves nothing, it only pollutes your body, yellows your teeth, and makes you stink.

I get in at least 12-16 glasses (8oz) a day. I still feel like I am always thirsty but I sweat a ton during my workouts.

I think it is definitely an acquired taste. It took me some time to stomach it. It is thicker than regular yogurt and can be bitter, especially plain. I LOVE Fage 0% Plain with 2 teaspoons of Trader Joe's Reduced Sugar Preserves mixed in. I eat this an hour before my workouts, yum!

I have had to almost cut alcohol out because it is hindering my weight loss. It stinks because I love a glass of wine after a long day but that glass ALWAYS turns into 2 or 3. Ooops :-)

I got a HRM this weekend and am so happy I did. I workout with a trainer who does a Crossfit style workout and I was very curious how many calories I was actually burning. There seems to be about 100 calories burned difference between what I was logging and my HRM. Now there is no guessing! Enjoy!
