Usually, greek yogurt gives me an extra protein boost. After my workouts, I have a scoop of Optimum Nutrition with 8 oz of water.

Well this week has not been drink free as I had wanted. I think the problem was when I have an open bottle of wine, I will drink it until it is gone. Yesterday did not go as planned. I came home to DBF handing me a mug of hot cider and rum. Gosh, it was so good especially after sitting in traffic for an hour on my way home from work. Monday = 0 Tuesday = 1 Wednesday = ??

If you have a Trader Joe's near you, their Spiced Cider is delish. We warm the cider then pour in some Capt Morgan's or Sailor Jerry's let it warm again, then enjoy! It is sooo good and sooo high in calories :drinker:

Last week was a doozy for me... lots of wine, lots of cosmos, and lots of cider with spiced rum. This week back to no alcohol except for Sat night. I am going to try to stick to this schedule for December. Have a great week Lushes!

This has been a good week for me. So far I have gotten 4 out of 5 workouts in, 5 is tomorrow morning. I have been kicking *kitten* with my calories (or at least I think I am :tongue: ). I have been adding "quick calories" so that I think I am right at my limit for the day but it ends up I am under by half of my exercise…

Today marks 3 weeks down, 1 week to go until my no alcohol challenge is over. I have days where I totally miss my daily glass or two of wine and days where I don't even think about it. All I know is I can't wait to have a glass of wine at Happy Hour with my family next week! Have a great week all!
