Today I got a great short ride in just over an hour riding almost 16 miles. That is the highest speed average that I've ever managed to record. ride length = 15.8 miles time = 67.5 minutes average speed = 14.1mph calories burnt = 1,133

I just picked up a trainer for my bike... It allows me to ride my bike at home as though it were a stationary bike... :-) when I'm running low on calories burned in a day, I can now peddle a little while here at home.
