I got rides in last week and they were all good... like between 700 to 850 calories burnt. This weekend was much lighter.... but next week I'll crank it back up! :-)

Saturday Night I used my Bike Trainer and got my workout in, 9.5 Miles, 860 calories, HR at 152pm in 1Hr 40 minutes.

Here on MFP I started out walking as my main activity (16 stories in the parking garage)... then realized to burn more calories I had to do more.. To crank it up I began biking on the weekends and that increased my weekly totals.... by between 1,500 to 4,200 calories and that made a big difference. I had some life issues…

Met up tonight with a group of 14 bike riders and we toured an area that has many homes decorated with Christmas Lights... 59 to 65 were the temps... This was a great outing! burned 723 calories doing 131 minutes of Bicycling, <10 mph, leisure (cycling, biking, bike riding)

I got a 40 minute morning spin in on my bike this morning.... This works out pretty well with a busy day schedule!
