  • Today I lost my grandmother, she was 95. She was an awesome influence as a young boy growing up. We haven't been as close over the last 10 years and I regret this now.   • I booked a bike ride today with a small group.... Went 26.5 miles and burned 1,635 calories. It took just over 2 hours 7am to 9am here in Orlando hits 85 in the sun.... I think I had my daily water consumed before I was half way thru! Carl -
