Meat. Chicken breasts and a sweet potato, leftover steak (my favorite) make a stir fry and eat that. I get creative because eggs get old and I have issues with wheat and rice.

It depends on how you look at it. Today was two slices of pizza (work lunch) with spinach, feta and 1/2 an avocado. The old me would have had four slices of pizza.
