Thanks, these posts have been very helpful... going to get out my measuring tape and take my measurements ... we learn everyday!!!.... I do think keeping an eye on now (after reading these posts) every morning will help the likes of me,.... who never weighed myself, out of sight out of mind (then pounds pile on)......…
