I was thinking that because it's leaner meats and lots of raw veggies it was good. It's not as strick as Atkins - I don't think :ohwell: I really think it's real close to the Curves plan. I'm headed out the door to go to curves. I seem to have little energy when I workout anymore. I have been trying the SB diet and wonder if it's the lack of carbs but....it's close to the Curves Permanent Weight Loss plan so I would think I'd get past it! Esther

The blue cover dated 2003 is the one I have also. Do you follow the meal plan to the dot or do you switch meals (breakfast from one day, lunch from another, etc)? I find that I"m getting bored with the breakfasts.

That explains why my workout is so much more difficult this week. That makes sense. Be careful of the high protein low carb though. I've heard it causes your organs to shut down if you get too intense with it. I've also heard that it harms the muscles...and the heart is a muscle. I think that's what I heard but I'll go…

Made it to Curves after an hour delay. Went out to the car and found a flat tire:grumble: After my hubby put on the donut I took the flat to the tire store and they fixed and replaced it. THEN I went on to Curves. At least I didn't say "forget it" and come home! (patting myself on the back) :laugh: Esther
