  • MissVita - I just wanted to tell you how excited I am for you to be giving up smoking! That is awesome. Any secrets? My stepdaughter keeps saying "this on is my last" but then it isn't. I know she wants to but they really have a hold on her! Day 3 down. Keep it up everyone! Esther

  • I agree - find a supportive group of friends to hang out with. Maybe they are jealous and know that you are doing a good thing for yourself? Do what's best for YOU! No one else can do it for you:happy:
  • How long have you been on a (I don't like this word) diet? I like to say a healthier eating plan rather than diet :happy: Are you exercising? Are you eating your calories burned? Are you drinking water? Those are all important. Hang in there - you can do it.

  • Hope you feel better quickly. Yes, that bug does seem to hit you hard. I have been blessed with it as well. It hit me Sunday morning. I"m drinking lots of water and airbourne and downing vitamin C's. Hopefully I will flush it through faster than my hubby did! Esther
